IGL Relocation was established in 2009 by Sham Bendre (Founder Chairman and Whole time Director, IGL), with a warehouse in Mumbai and two vehicles dedicated for HHG (Household Goods). The company got International Association of Movers(IAM) membership the same year, and established its own branch office in New Jersey in 2014. In 2018,IGL started its 100 percent wholly owned subsidiary'Interport Global Logistics USA INC'in the U.S. with a dedicated warehouse of 50,000 sq.ft. for distribution and 3PL.
Today IGL Relocation is run by the second generation leaders Amit Bendre(Managing Director, IGL India) and Sameer Bendre(Joint Managing Director, IGL India), along with Purnima Parmeshwaran, the National Head of Relocation Division of IGL responsible for IGL Relocation's operations in India. Under their eminent leadership, the company currently boasts of a very strong platform of custom broking, freight forwarding and cargo consolidation strengths, which helps bring all services under one roof and even provide complete control over its shipments.
As a relocation service provider, IGL Relocation is associated with major companies in India for International and PAN India relocation services. Through its wide network of independently owned and established relocation service team of experts to cater expat employee needs, the company offers a roster of relocation
services, including, but not limited to International & Domestic household relocations, office shifting (within India), Vehicle Relocation(within India), short term & long term warehousing, office relocations and IT equipment & server move. IGL Relocation also undertakes door-to-door services including unpacking taken care by its fully trained packers who carefully unpack and place the belongings in the designated areas as per client's guidance.
