India is projected to consume 1,180 billion cubic meters (BCM) of water for various applications by 2050, while the current water availability is 1,999.2 BCM per year. This indicates that unless 50 percent of the available water is conserved, the country will face severe water scarcity. Moreover, climate change is significantly impacting conditions not only in India but around the globe. Rising pollution levels are contributing to both water scarcity and increasingly contaminated water supplies. Each year, the problem of water contamination grows more severe. For industries, implementing an effective water treatment system is crucial, as it is necessary for maintaining product quality and ensuring compliance with wastewater discharge regulations. Consequently, there is a growing demand for advanced treatment technologies.

Water and energy conservation have become essential for industries, particularly since power plants are the largest users of water for energy generation. Companies are now prioritizing the total cost of ownership for water treatment and handling equipment, focusing on higher recovery rates and lower energy consumption. This involves considering not only initial investments but also long-term operational costs over a 10 to 15-year period. A growing trend is the pursuit of carbon neutrality, with industries setting targets to reduce carbon emissions and forming partnerships with government bodies and agencies. Energy and water conservation are vital to this effort. While larger enterprises have led the way, MSMEs are expected to adopt similar practices soon. This demonstrates a clear understanding of the current landscape in the global water and wastewater industry.

With Alantech, clients benefit from a partner who prioritizes sustainability & operational excellence across all water management services

The company approaches each project with the highest level of attention to detail, ensuring that it honor its commitments and delivers significant value to its clients. Alantech’s team comprises 100 skilled professionals, each specializing in distinct areas, including design as well as after-sales service. Upon the finalization of a project, the in-house process team initiates its role by identifying the specific process design. Following this, dedicated teams focus on electro mechanical design, electrical design, and mechanical design. These teams collaborate effectively to refine the project into a comprehensive design that optimizes overall performance.

There after, on the completion of the design phase, the project is transitioned to the manufacturing and quality assurance teams. The manufacturing team supervises the production process, while the quality assurance team is involved at every stage to ensure adherence to established manufacturing standards. Once the manufacturing process has concluded, the project is handed over to the after-sales team, which consists of engineers responsible for installation and commissioning.
