Envision Energy International and AM Green, a hydrogen and green ammonia venture owned by the founders of Greenko Group, have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to jointly produce wind turbines for clean energy projects in India. Additionally, the agreement includes collaboration on green hydrogen projects. This MOU was formalized at the Annual Summit of the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.

AM Green and Envision will leverage their respective strengths to jointly produce, provide, and maintain wind turbines tailored to meet AM Green's specific requirements for wind energy projects in India. Over the next three years, AM Green aims to commit to an annual offtake of at least 2GW capacity through its customers. These wind turbines will contribute to generating renewable green molecules as part of the overall energy supply.

This collaboration is a key component of AM Green's broader initiatives to enhance the establishment of a reliable supply chain for top-tier, cost-efficient wind turbines in India. By fostering such partnerships, AM Green seeks to attain an economically optimized continuous power supply, ensuring the operation of its green molecule plants nationwide. Furthermore, the partnership between AM Green and Envision extends to collaborative efforts in advancing green hydrogen projects and creating net-zero industrial parks. Additionally, both entities will combine their technical proficiency to collaboratively formulate a set of relevant industrial standards for green hydrogen.
