Godrej Properties has announced a remarkable achievement with its Godrej Zenith project in Sector 89, Gurugram. With over 1050 homes sold, totaling more than Rs 3,000 crores in sales, this launch stands as the company's most successful ever in terms of both value and volume of sales.

The project, which marks GPL's largest residential development in Gurugram, reflects a significant 473% year-on-year increase in sales for the company in Gurugram during FY24. Looking ahead to FY25, GPL has an ambitious launch pipeline, including projects planned in Sector 103, Sector 43, and Sector 54, which will further bolster its presence in the city.

This accomplishment in Gurugram marks the second time within the city and the fourth time nationwide that GPL has achieved sales exceeding Rs 2,000 crores during a launch in FY24. Notably, the company saw substantial success across multiple projects during this period.

In Q4 FY24 alone, GPL recorded sales inventory worth Rs 2,690 crores in Godrej Reserve, Kandivali, Mumbai. Additionally, its project Godrej Aristocrat in Sector 49, Golf Course Extension Road, Gurugram, witnessed sales worth over Rs 2,875 crores. Further contributing to this success, Godrej Tropical Isle in Noida achieved sales surpassing Rs 2,000 crores in Q2 FY24. This series of achievements underscores Godrej Properties' robust performance and growing footprint across key markets in India.
