Radisson Hotel Group announced a strategic partnership with NILE Hospitality to expand its mid-scale brand, Park Inn & Suites by Radisson, in the states of Rajasthan and Gujarat. This collaboration is part of Radisson’s robust expansion strategy aimed at meeting the growing demand for quality hospitality experiences in India’s tier two to tier five cities.

Under this partnership, NILE Hospitality will focus on growing the Park Inn & Suites by Radisson brand in these two states, capitalizing on the unique opportunities each region offers. Gujarat, with its high industrial activity and popular tourist and pilgrimage destinations such as Dwarka, Gir, Somnath, Dharoi, and Kutch, presents a lucrative business opportunity while boosting local tourism. Rajasthan, known for its rich cultural heritage, historical forts, palaces, and vibrant arts scene, attracts a diverse range of travelers seeking cultural experiences.

Park Inn & Suites by Radisson is positioned as a smart hotel investment opportunity with a strong focus on value maximization for stakeholders. The hotels, averaging 50 to 70 rooms, will feature social spaces, a welcome corner, fitness centers, free WiFi, and signature breakfast options, tailored to meet the needs of modern travelers.
