Since its inception, the company has wanted to deliver a fully composite offering to its clients. Along with diversity, it aimed for decentralization with a division head to look after each unit including brand activation, business travel, conferences and incentives (MICE), events, and special interest groups. "We also have a key accounts cell, which manages our large accounts. We are mainly distributed between our headquarter Gurgaon and Mumbai, along with market managers in our other offices," Anirban mentions.

2HUB is also investing in technology at present to bring efficiency to its operations ensuring a seamless experience for its clients. It is also looking forward to expanding geo-graphically soon along with enhancing its network in India and overseas.
