Indian cleanroom industry has been on the rise for quite some time now. The rapid increase and developments in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector have been significantly fuelling the growth of the industry and in 2020 the sector is about to witness a growth rate of 15 to 20 percent. Abdul Khader, an industry stalwart having more than 17 years of experience working across various countries had identified the true potential of the Indian cleanroom industry and with a vision to bridge the gaps in the industry, in 2015, Abdul established Innovative Tech Solutions.

Innovative Tech Solutions was incepted to solve the issues that were pertaining in the domain owing to the lack of credible players. The firm specializes in contamination control, infection control, indoor air quality, cleanroom consumables and green technology products to name a few. "When I analyzed the market, I found that there is huge demand in pharma and healthcare industry when it comes to cleanroom technologies. When we started it was a bit difficult for us as most of the clients didn't understand what we were talking about.

People were lacking technical knowledge and we were educating them and making them understand what we were talking about. We gave them free demonstrations and presentations making them aware of the unique benefits of installing our products in their cleanrooms. By directly going and meeting our clients we were able to create a good relationship with them and this relationship and trust that we have with our clients has been crucial for our company’s growth”, avers Abdul Khader, Founder and Managing Director, Innovative Tech Solutions.

Operating in an industry that caters to a niche sector, Innovative Tech Solutions had to face tight competition and by offering quality after sales services and by training their clients to use the instruments, the company was able to separate them from the rest in the market. "There are some ISO standards that these cleanrooms of pharma companies adhere to and our clients contact us to come and have a look at their cleanrooms and advise them on what all needs to be done to comply with ISO standards. So, we do a site visit and we inspect their cleanrooms. Then we identify their issues and give them the most suitable solutions. Rather than just a trader, we like to call ourselves as solution providers and when the clients come to us we give them the proper solutions", says Abdul.

Even though Innovative Tech Solutions primarily concentrates on the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector the company has created a clientele that includes companies from various industry verticals including research industries, automobile industries, defense industry, oil and gas companies commercial buildings and warehouses both inside and outside India. From a company that started with just three employees in 2015, Innovative Tech Solutions has grown into a global brand with multiple offices in India and two overseas offices in Singapore and Malaysia. As for the future of the company, Innovative Tech Solutions is planning to diversify their product line and start a new production unit in Malaysia. By July of this year the company is also planning to open their new office in the Middle East to cater to a wider audience and make Innovative Tech Solutions the leading name in cleanroom technologies throughout Asia & Middle East.
