Hartek Power Private Limited is an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) company and the power system wing of the Hartek Group. The group comprises five strategic business units Power systems and T&D, Rooftop Solar Solutions, Power Distribution Products, Fuel Services, and Smart Cities. Hartek Power builds infrastructure to aid the distribution of power through independent power producers (IPPs), utility, industrial and commercial projects. While construction and commissioning of high and extra high voltage substations and power distribution units are the company’s specializations, Hartek Power has also played a pivotal role in setting up grid infrastructure for state and central power utilities. The company also undertakes comprehensive industrial electrification work, such as meeting the substation needs, of budding industries. Further, it educates them on energy efficiency concepts.

Hartek Power provides end-to-end services in establishing strong power infrastructure for the distribution of electricity. It includes design, engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning of power
substations. It also provides post-commissioning support through its Value-Added Services. The company, with its pan India presence, has completed over 300 projects and installed advance GIS and hybrid substations with a power capacity of up to 220kV. Having built massive substation projects and connected over 4 GW of Solar to the Grid, Hartek Power has demonstrated that it is a dominant player in the Solar Power sector.
