"We identify the regions for sourcing crops that grow best in those specific climates and soil terrains. Carefully sourced products are then brought to our organic food factory, where all processes are 100 percent certified for organic standards and focused on retaining nutrition. We do not use any harmful chemicals for even maintenance of machines to keep our food safe. Further, we use whole foods, such as whole wheat for grinding and not just the endosperm. There is no excessive heat that can harm nutrients. However, the biggest attainment was when Truefarm products became top-rated, products of choice on various e-commerce sites, signifying consumer confidence in organic products from Truefarm," says Yuvraj Parasrampuria, Co-Founder, Truefarm Foods.

Selected in the top ten most promising start-ups at the Indian Retail Congress, Truefarm has been awarded as the iconic brand of the year for its presence in premium organic products. Manish Bhandari is the founder of Truefarm Foods, who established the company along with Ravi Jakhar and Rupendra Soni and later joined by Ian Marber and YuvrajParasrampuria as co-founders. Manish has significant experience in running his family business in steel industry and has also been engaged in eximtrade and other businesses, prior to launching Truefarm. He studied Commerce in Jodhpur before starting his entrepreneurial journey in early 2000s. At Truefarm, he oversees sourcing, procurement and production, managing factory along with financial functions.
