As UMSL continues to undertake newer projects in varied locations and given the heavy-duty nature of their domain of operation, an acute focus is on the safety area which revolves around not just employee security but also in the quality of the construction methodology. In all our sites, PPE is mandatory. There is a dedicated team at each site headed by central safety in charge, all of whom ensure that safety practices are adhered to. Asafety review by the management is also in place along with an interesting incentive scheme to reward those sites which have performed the best with zero deviations to safety standards," added Ms. Paramita.
