For the best and fresh vegetables, the chefs themselves explore and procure them on the morning of the event day from the local vegetable market. Believing that one menu doesn’t fit everyone’s purpose, VED gets its menu crafted by its expert chef based on the location, theme of the party, vicinity, culture and type of climate. This menu is enough to spoil you with choices, as it features Continental, Chinese, Italian and Lebanese cuisines, in addition to Indian cuisines. “For instance, if there is lunch followed by conference, we serve less heavy food so that post lunch, delegates don’t feel sleepy. For adventure tours, we serve heavy food like mutton and chicken that gives more energy, while for physical events, we avoid serving red meat, as it reduces water content in the body, resulting in cramps,” explains Prince.
Going forward, the company is working towards building a consumer-based website where anyone can pick their menu and number of persons and get the quote within seconds. “At VED, we are always open for suggestions, learning and following new market trends.
