These are sourced from different parts of country like Kerala, Mangalore, Andhra Pradesh, Odisha, Andaman Islands, Vietnam and several other places. C-Shore supplies frozen seafood to hotels chains (only in Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad), fine dine restaurants, major hospitality players(like Royal Orchids, Country Inn & Suites, Aloft, Keys Hotel to name a few), caterers and is a whole sale supplier of seafood across the country.

manufacturing practices and fair pricing policies. “Our products are sourced from export factories that comply with FSSAI, HACCP and BRC so that we deliver quality frozen seafood to our customers. If the product doesn’t match our standards, we return them to the factories again,” speaks Zaheer.

The processing unit of the company comprises of latest technology and methods that aids fast and bulk processing of the seafood products, enabling them for faster delivery across the country. The products are stored in approved warehouses (spacious Cold Storage) at a specified temperature of -18 degree Celsius to prevent them from deteriorating and to maintain the freshness throughout. During transit, the frozen seafood is taken in a temperature controlled reefer vehicles.

C-Shore is working on a client feedback system to know how and in what ways it can serve clients better. In order to fulfill the cause, the company has appointed a Customer Relationship Manager to develop, and implement processes &procedures to improve operational efficiency and resolve issues raised by customers. C-Shore Foods is soon going to introduce training programs for employees and launch export & manufacturing unit to harness all the process at one place. With 50 percent growth in the previous year, the company wishes to grow 400 percent this year while working on the new revenue model for the growth of company.
