Realising this void, Dr. Amit Kumar Srivastava left his cozy job to bring the youthful tastes of pizza to these places, but with an Indian-flavor twist, hence founded Go69 Pizza in Lucknow in 2015 with just Rs.8 lakh capital. Dr. Amit is an MBA & PhD by qualification and was working in the multinational financial institution, but the inner entrepreneur inspired him to pursue something unusual but significant, which led him to start the venture.

desi (indigenous) pizza brand is well known for captivating customer’s heart & taste buds with its collection of Pizzas in Veg/Non-Veg Assortments, Grills in Veg/Non-Veg, Veg Rolls, Garlic Bread, Pasta, French Fries, Fried Chicken, Burgers, Soft Drinks, Juice, Ice Creams, Hot/Cold Coffee, and Shakes.

Go69 has already joined the ambitious franchise journey. The company’s franchise model called 'No Royality' makes it franchisees more compelling & profitable. The model is very simple yet unique &
specially designed to make individuals self-employed. It allows anyone to join the company as a franchisee with a very small investment and almost zero risk, as all the operations are managed at franchisor level. “In my opinion, the franchisee needs only three things to succeed, first is investment, second is sincerity towards business and third is adherence with franchise protocols,” states Dr. Amit. “We take brand fee, cost of machinery and cost of raw material initially. Going forward franchisee needs to buy the raw material from us and needs to pay for that only, he/she need not to share profits with us,” he explains. Additionally, Go69 does audits and quality control checks on a monthly basis and launch new products every quarter to keep the brand exciting.

Starting its journey from Lucknow, Go69 is currently present in eight states with more than 35 outlets, 20 internal & 150 external employees in Tier-II, III & IV cities. Currently, Go69 is focused on broadening its outlets by reaching 50 in numbers by this FY and 100 by the year 2020, and 500 outlets by 2025 spread PAN India. No wonder, the company is gaining goodwill with expansion and looking at creating a world-class Pizza brand that is Made in India.
