But today, each new challenge that we face, however big or small, motivates us to work harder in devising both short-term and long-term solutions”, asserts Sanyam Kankariya, Managing Director, Shubham K Mart.
Each of its stores is structured in an identical way and strives to provide the same, simplified, yet efficient shopping experience and fair treatment at every location. “While we welcome investment from our franchise partners, the management and day-to-day operations are handled exclusively by us. We have a clear hierarchy managed by our head office and constantly communicate with store managers, which builds brand value”, Sanyam adds.

Since its inception, Shubham K Mart has doubled its annual revenue and the store count and seeks to achieve a higher cost profit and a target revenue of Rs.1000 crores in this fiscal year. Along with adopting an omni-channel delivery strategy, the hypermarket is also aiming to open 19 stores targeting its current states of operation within the next 18 months. The store has also started manufacturing its store brand products and plans to expand the portfolio, fueling its relentless pursuit of offering the best products and cost efficient options.
