The endeavor to ensure the best quality of products starts right from picking the fruits with hands (to ascertain zero damage to crops). In the next step, the beans removed from the fruit are sorted initially by size & density, and later by color through a semi-automated process, which is the first step towards standardization. “The beans are roasted to enhance the taste. Since poor roasting can ruin the finest coffee, our experts develop a specific roast profile for each bean type to deliver an authentic coffee experience and ensure each and every cup is perfect,” adds Dhruv. Now it’s the turn of grinding, which releases the hidden aromas in coffee. Since every coffee is different to the taste buds of coffee lovers, the company banks on different grinding techniques for different blends.
